Eden Villas Spain will independently check all the legal documents and deeds related to the property, to make sure that all the parameters (sizes, elevation, distances, ownership, etc.) are correct, and that everybody involved in the transaction knows exactly the details of the property, not only what the seller of the property says.
Legal Advice - Solicitor
The whole procedure of the purchase is monitored and supervised by our authorized solicitor who will check all the legal aspects of the purchase. The solicitor will also help you in your relocation to Spain, applying for necessary permits, all in your language.
After Sales
This means for us, that our relation with you does not end with the purchase of a property. We offer a full after sales service which includes assistance with any matter related to your new situation, as mortgages, paying of taxes, registering for water, electricity, and other community services. All this and more will be arranged by us and our solicitor, so you only have to enjoy your new life, leaving to us all the paper work and legal hassle.
Remember it is the seller who pays our fees, not the buyer. Our service costs you nothing.
